Before The Session...
Payment
All sessions have an up front booking deposit. This goes toward the total cost of the session and is due at the time of booking.
The remaining amount is due prior to delivery of the session photos. Payment can be made in person or online using the invoice you received via email.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations can be made 30 days before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the scheduled session will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled session will not receive a refund of the initial deposit.
Rescheduling is always possible but will be dependent on the availability of the photographer. If no suitable dates are available then the rescheduling will be treated as a cancellation and the dates above apply.
How far will you travel?
Travel within 1 hour is generally not an issue provided that the photographer's schedule permits.
Travel outside of 1 hour is possible but will incur a fee for time/fuel.
After The Session...
When will I get my photos?
Delivery time for photos will vary depending on how busy I am and the type of session. In general, I strive to get photos to clients within 1-3 weeks. Always aiming to get them out as soon as possible.
How will I receive my photos?
Photos will be uploaded to a gallery on the BSPhotos.net website in JPEG format.
From there you can download all photos to your laptop, phone, or device.
From the gallery, you can share and/or order prints directly if desired.
How do I download my photos?
All of your photos will be uploaded to an album on the BSPhotos.net website. You will have gotten an email with a direct link to your album. You can also find your album at the link below. Just use the password included in your email to view your photos.

The email you received includes a coupon code that will allow you to download the photos included in your package for no additional cost. Just include the coupon code at checkout.
As you review your photos, you can add the ones you like to your cart.
1. Click the shopping cart icon on the photo.
2. Select the product type you want to purchase.
